RETURN POLICYRegularly priced Items bought on VANCITYVOGUE.COM will gladly be accepted for a refund within 10 days of the delivery date. Some exclusions apply, please see below. All merchandise must be received back in its original form and packaging with tags attached. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type or with store credit, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.
Any packages sent back internationally outside of the 10 day period or without tracking will be returned to you with an additional fee of $50.00 for return costs. Any packages sent back within Canada and U.S outside of the 10 day period or without tracking will be returned to you with an additional fee of $25.00 for return costs
What is the expiration date for my store credit from my return?
If you have received store credit for a return, it will expire in a one year period.

1. Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date as long as the item(s) returned are in its original form with original packaging in tact and tags attached. Items must be unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item(s) must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply.
2. E-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and request for return, we will reply in 24-48 hours with further instructions.
3. A tracking number must be sent to us once shipped so we can see the item has shipped within 10 days of the delivery date. Any packages shipped back without tracking or after the 10 day return period will be automatically shipped back. Once we receive your return, your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.

Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time, in turn we offer free shipping worldwide. To return your items you may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. We do not cover return duties and taxes, please be sure these are pre-paid.
What happens if I refuse a package or do not collect my package?
Any items that are refused upon arrival are not returned to us/sender but destroyed at customs, therefore we do not offer refunds on these packages. To receive a return on your item please accept the package and initiate a return following our return policy guidelines. If a carrier has tried to reach you to accept a package and we have contacted you to collect the package but you did not respond or did not pick up your package, the package will not be sent back to sender and will be destroyed at customs and is not eligible for refund.
How long does it take to process my refund? Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will go back in the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel does process.
When will I see the funds back into my account? Refunds do require roughly 3-5 business days to process with us however we do suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will post to your account. Each bank does have varying processing times.
What if I want to exchange an item? We are happy to offer exchanges on items for different colors or sizes on the original style(s) purchased. In order to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund or store credit and place a new order.
What items are final sale? Please note that all items on sale or bought with sale discount codes are final sale and are only eligible for exchange and store credit. All accessories are a Final Sale. If any item that is final sale is returned without authorisation then a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be sent back to you.
Can I cancel a placed order or get a price adjustment? We do not offer price adjustments on any of our products or orders placed. Placed orders cannot be cancelled before shipping. You must first receive your package and then email us to initiate the return process to send the items back.
What if I purchase something with a discount code? All items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for exchange or store credit. We do not offer price adjustments on any of our products or orders previously placed. Placed orders cannot be cancelled before shipping.
