We ship worldwide. After your order is placed there is a processing time of 2-5 business days. Once your order ships you can find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Duty and tax charges are determined by your local customs authorities and based on sales tax applied by your country for purchases coming from Canada and our international warehouses. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

Orders will be shipped by either Fedex, DHL, Canada Post or UPS. Upon shipment, you will receive a notification email to inform you that your order is on the way along with tracking information.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
